Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item:
- Is in the same condition as you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- Includes the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products can only be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged products won't be eligible for a refund.
Return Authorization Number (RA#)
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), email jkarnick667@thenightmareinc.com with detailed reasons and supporting pictures or videos of the product. Upon approval, you'll receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse for your return.
Return Process
- Request RA#: Email jkarnick667@thenightmareinc.com with your return request, including detailed reasons and supporting pictures or videos.
- Receive RA#: Upon approval, you’ll get the RA# and the return address.
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable mail service to send your item back to the provided address. Free return shipping is provided.

Refunds
Upon receiving your package, we'll examine the products. If approved, a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a refund receipt via email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date the return is received and validated.
