Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item:

  • Is in the same condition as you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Includes the receipt or proof of purchase.

We strive to deliver the best quality and value. If you're unsatisfied with your order, we're happy to accept the product for a full refund of your purchase.

Products can only be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged products won't be eligible for a refund.

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), email jkarnick667@thenightmareinc.com with detailed reasons and supporting pictures or videos of the product. Upon approval, you'll receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse for your return.

Please use a trackable mail service to assure your refund, as we're not responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon receiving your package, we'll examine the products, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a refund receipt via email.

Late or Missing Refunds: We process refunds immediately upon approval. If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. For further assistance, please contact us.

Refund Processing Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date the request is received and validated.

  2. Please be aware that expedited shipping options are not available as we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.69 for all orders.

    Tracking Numbers: All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as tracking information becomes available.

    Address Changes and Order Cancellation: Once an order is processed and/or shipped, we can't change or cancel it. Please ensure accurate shipping information before submitting your order.

    Invalid Reasons for Return:

    • Buyer no longer wants the items.
    • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else.
