What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your horror product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item:

  • Is in the same condition as you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Includes the receipt or proof of purchase.

We strive to deliver the best quality and value. If you're unsatisfied with your order, we're happy to accept the product for a full refund of your purchase.

Products can only be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged products won't be eligible for a refund.

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), email jkarnick667@thenightmareinc.com with detailed reasons and supporting pictures or videos of the product. Upon approval, you'll receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse for your return.

Please use a trackable mail service to assure your refund, as we're not responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon receiving your package, we'll examine the products, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a refund receipt via email.

Late or Missing Refunds: We process refunds immediately upon approval. If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. For further assistance, please contact us.

Exchange Policy: We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your exchange experience smooth and convenient.

Returns for Defective and Non-Defective Products: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Please inspect your products upon receipt and follow our return procedures for a smooth process.

  • Maintain original packaging for products to be returned due to customer remorse.

Refund Processing Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date the request is received and validated.

  1. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.
  2. Please note that order processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Transit Time: 3. Once your order is processed and shipped, it will be delivered to you within our standard shipping timeframe.

  1. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days for domestic deliveries.
  2. Please be aware that expedited shipping options are not available as we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.69 for all orders.

    Tracking Numbers: All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as tracking information becomes available.

    Address Changes and Order Cancellation: Once an order is processed and/or shipped, we can't change or cancel it. Please ensure accurate shipping information before submitting your order.

    Invalid Reasons for Return:

    • Buyer no longer wants the items.
    • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else.

    We'll respond to your inquiry within 12-24 hours of receiving it Monday-Thursday if it's not a holiday.

    How do I track my order?

    Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website's "Order Tracking" page to monitor your shipment's progress.

    Looking to track your order? When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from jkarnick667@thenightmareinc.com with your tracking number included in it. Depending on the product ordered, the email could take up to 10 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to easily check on your delivery status.

    Things to Keep in Mind:

    Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updating within a few business days. Depending on the destination, the order may take 7 to 10 business days to be delivered.

    At this time, we don't offer custom or personalized horror shirts. However, we continuously update our collection with unique and creative designs. Feel free to browse our selection, and you might find the perfect shirt that matches your taste.
